Borge’s Imaging debuts hot products at PMA Australia 2007
Professional photography specialist Borge’s Imaging will be demonstrating and displaying a variety of distribution products on Stand 629 at PMA Australia 2007 (Melbourne, 3-7 May), including new and improved offerings for amateur and professional photographers and consumers.
Show attendees will be able to see demonstrations of ExpoDisc, MonsterPod and D-Flector on the Borge’s Imaging stand. In addition, new products from Hoodman, Photoflex and Epson will be on display.
“Digital photography is opening up many different avenues. The number of products we currently offer allows photographers of all levels to tap into this rapidly developing growth market like never before,” Michael Marlborough, General Manager, Borge’s Imaging.
On display at PMA Australia 2007 is the Sharpics D-Flector photo studio – a unique reflective (available in various size backgrounds) that activates when photographed with a flash, resulting in a picture with a clean white background.
A literal ‘background in a briefcase’, the Sharpics D-Flector photo studio will certainly attract the crowds when demonstrated on the Borge’s Imaging stand.
ExpoImaging’s ExpoDisc is another innovative product that Borge’s Imaging will be demonstrating at the show. A custom balance filter that allows digital photographers to quickly, easily and accurately calibrate the camera to the exact colour temperature of light illuminating a subject, it is a ‘must see’ – achieving a perfect white balance.
Visitors to PMA Australia 2007 will also see how the hot new MonsterPod, a portable, versatile, peel ‘on and off’ camera support allows users to point-and-shoot from virtually any surface and shape, camera horizontally, vertically or upside down, ’defying’ gravity.
Many other notable products will also be on display at the Borge’s Imaging stand, including new and updated offerings from:
Hoodman – the snap-on FlipUp LCD cap, the Hood Loupe and the Universal Right Angle Viewfinder) glare fighting products; Hoodskins, for fingerprint free LCDs and Hoodman’s enhanced speed CompactFlash and Secure Digital (SD) Professional Performance Only (PPO) line of memory cards.
Photoflex – lighting products from First Studio, a constant lighting kit for digital capture and Starlight professional systems, now available in kit form.
Epson - the Epson Stylus Pro 3800, an innovative and affordable desktop prographics printer that uses UltraChrome K3 nine individual high capacity 80ml UltraChrome K3 ink cartridges. Complementing Epson’s Stylus Pro 4800, 7800 and 9800 prographics printers, the Epson Stylus Pro 3800 produces outstanding BorderFree photos from 4x6 up to A2 in size.
“We recognise the significance of this show to our customers. This year is particularly important – with PICA (Photo Imaging Council Australia) joining PMA (Photo Marketing Association International), a new concept for the Asia-Pacific photo imaging industry has been created,” states Marlborough.
